There is no really quick way around this one, and all you will be able to move 
is the audio files for the most part. You will basically have to solo and 
bounce your individual tracks out of pro tools, then import them into logic.  
Be sure to start them all at the beginning to end of the project so that way 
you can import all the tracks at the begging of the project in logic and have 
them all line up. Given that pro tools doesn't have a faster than real time 
bounce option  (unless you have Pro Tools 11) this will be time consuming.  If 
you have tracks that have audio on them from start to end of the project, You 
can select the entire  length of those tracks, consolidate them to one region  
and then you can just export those regions which will be a lot quicker.
