Please tell me what is pro tools? I'm new to the list.

By all,
I found out last night that you can set the count off value on pro tools
by using the tab key to get to the box, and using the up and down arrow
keys to modify its value.
Thought I'd send this one in as it's something I've been trying to figure
out for ages.
