Garage Band is a good place to start. www.appletothecore.info has some podcast
tutorials on garage band. Also
http://www.icanworkthisthing.com/docs/mac_with_voiceover/audio/ has links to
text tutorials on Amadeus pro Audacity, and Garage Band. All good apps to get
started with.
