Poppa, I've already retracked the drums, but for the heck of it, i'll try it on the original take just to see. I played all the instruments and did the Vox on both the songs that I've sent over well obviously not the female harms!
I did pop the Elec Gut track down 2.2DB right after I bounced it and sent to list, so I guess we were both thinking the same there. As for it's pan position. I've tried it three or four spots, and when listening say in a car, ipod, or on a normal boombox ETC, panned hard is where it sits best; however, when I listen in my studio with my studio monitors, I feel like I want to push it back towards the center. I'll have to think on that one to decide where it ultimately ends up! Thanks for the feedback. As a side note, when I learned PT 9 and 10 back in march, my best friend who is sighted and has worked with PT in nashville for a number of years, had me record all of our training. I've contemplated editing it up and putting it up somewhere for audio references for folks new to pT and even more advanced concepts that we covered but it's nearly 50 hours of recording, and the man hours it would take to edit and put it in order seem overwhelming! I'll think about it, and let you guys know if I decide to throw it up somewhere.
