My understanding is this is the type of thing, automated and or apple script is meant for. Can iT be done? I believe so. The question is who among us is gonna take the time to learn to do it and share their script? For the things in my workflow that i would of needed to import from the regions list for, I found it quicker to add a few keyboard shortcuts to reaper and just use that.
