Sorry, I don't have my Ilok key with me so I can't launch Pro Tools on my 
laptop but until somebody responds, look under the menu bar items for 
time-based operations for "Change Meter." Make sure you're at the beginning of 
the session and, by default, the first field is the measure field, the second 
will be the numerator and the third will be the denominator. If you tab once in 
that window, you'll highlight the numerator field. If you type the number 3 and 
hit Apply, it should work. If nobody else replies, I'll have an opportunity to 
check this afternoon.
