10.3.8 is Mavericks compatible and stable. While I haven't confirmed this myself, it's entirely possible that version 10.3.8 is specifically available for version 11 owners and anyone using just version 10 can go up to only 10.3.7. which would seem a bit odd. At any rate, yes, 10.3.8 is stable with Mavericks in general. That said, there could always be issues with other software, etc.
