Hi, yes. As with most DAWs, they all include their own stock synths, and all sorts of other plugins. As far as I know, the ones I have used (Deverb, and others) are accessible to some degree, and even more so if you have a control surface. Pro-tools does come with synths such as vacuum, TL Metro, and I think Hybrid. However I personally do not make use of them for other reasons other than accessibility. issues. >From an honest standpoint, the only "Usible" stock synths worth looking in to are those found in Logic and Garageband. But that's just my personal preference.
