Hey Scott, Yes, by all means, users should feel free to contact developers at this time especially. My hope is that anyone undertaking that task is truly up to it, remembering that they're, as the kids say, "representing." So, mind your manners, everybody, keep it short and sweet and, above all else, be professional.
