Hi, Both are available for PT11 if you buy the AIR Expansion Pack version 2. The price is about $299, but you can also upgrade for $99 from version 1. Most parameters are accessible under PT11. I think there is a couple of functions that are not, but I can't list them.. yet.
Be aware that it's somewhat tricky to make PT11 to use the Expansion Pack presets at first glance, but all you have to do is to move them to the Documents/Pro Tools/plugin settings folder for each instrument.
