Hi to the list, I know, I had problems with this topic about one and a half year ago and got a phantasmic tutorial. But in PT 11.1 with mac OSX Maverix 10.9.1 I’m still unable to import data from the clip list to the session, without creating an additional track. Here my steps:
. having activated spot mode, ignoring mouse-pointer in the VO-settings 1. Navigating to the clip list, interacting with it and selecting the right clip. 2. pressing VO-cmd-f5 to move the mouse to the cursor. 3. pressing VO-f5 to verify my selection results in a beep. 4. deactivating cursor-tracking and pressing vo-cmd-shift-space to star the drag -& drop procedure. 5. bringing up the item chooser, typing the name for the right track and pressing „enter“. 6. Pressing vo-cmd-f5 and vo-cmd-shift-space for dropping doesn’t bring any result. This method worked in prior versions of PT and Mac OSX. Now I have no idea, how to solve the problem.
