There is a bug here i figured out with Slau's help when i installed itmyself and i forgot to report it Izotope. When you do the installer for some reason VO will not see the standalone authroization screen. However it will see the authorization screen for the plug in. So open up a daw like PT insert it on a track and you should get the authrozation screen. Once you authorize it the stand alone app will work fine upon relaunch as well.
