Evening folks, Ok this might just be way off topic so apologies. I came across this last summer.
There's a growing trend in education for free courses online. One of the major organisations who offer this, is a gang called Coursera: http://www.coursera.org Anyway, they have a course on an introduction to Music Production. The guy giving it is from Berkley College of Music. It covers intro stuff like the differences between condenser and other mice, the whole way the signal from analog gets converted to digital etc. I recognise that for many on here it's old hat, but I've seen a few mails recently from those asking beginner questions, and this might be of use. The link to the actual course is: https://class.coursera.org/musicproduction-002 However I'm not sure whether you need to sign up first before you get to see it. Cheers and hope this helps someone, Dónal -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Pro Tools Accessibility" group.
