Ah, you're right - they do work! Before, I'd clicked on the add to cart
- and for some reason had been taken straight through to PayPal rather
than being shown the cart page.

As far as the coupon goes, make sure once you put it in, and press
update cart, that you then look under the update cart for the discount
amount as well as new total. I've tested both coupons just now and
they seem to be working.
