Hey: I got it for both mac and iOS. The best way to select portions of audio is to add markers at the start and end of the region you want to select, then I think it is option shift left arrow to go to the previous marker and command shift right arrow to select from there to the next marker, though I mya have them confused. I did try the change time/pitch function and it is quite good. This is the easiest stereo audio utility I’ve seen for the Mac, and I’m curious to see what that speech synthesis bit is about. Yeah, the keyboard shortcuts editor is a loser. One thing I do like though is that when you do something like insert a marker or go to a marker etc. voice over will confirm it. As far as the iOS version is concerned, other than the fact that we can’t select portions of audio, it’s not bad. And the really cool thing about it is that there is a share button that lets you enable browsing. When you do this, you are given a URL whichwhich has the ip address of your iOS device on your LAN. You can log on to this from a PC or mac and transfer files as easy as pie. For that alone it is worth the $9.95. Being able to download any audio file from a PC to an iOS device without iTuens is wonderful. You can do live input monitoring through it and use it with audiobus to route other FX through it. This is really a good find. I subscribed to their news letter. They have a lot of cool stuf for program developers for mac and iOS, even iOS 8. They say you are even supposed to be able to insert text at points in the file for pod cast show notes or whatever. Gord

I don’t even know if it is possible to implement what i want, but heck, it would be fun to try. The edit keyboard shortcuts dialog didn't seem to be accessible as well. But the edit selections and the remove silence stuff works and i miss those features from audition/Audacity/soundforge and etc. i grabbed it cuz enough of what i wanted to do from a quick editing and batch processing standpoint was accessible and worth $20 for those features. But why not see if they are willing to expand our functionality. I'll take a look at the stuff you mentioned and drop them a line. One of the features i haven't played with but that sounds really interesting is the clip list. It reminds me a bit of Sound forge or even better still old Sound designer from Digidesign. One thing that's a pity is that you can't seem to select from the keyboard using shift left arrow and shift right arrow, that doesn't seem to work. Another thing that's a pity to is that in order to be able to scrub you'll have to grab a physical mouse and drag along a ruler that isn't visible to VO but is located right under the tool bar. It's a bit tricky to do it, but it can be done if you're patient. Wonder how the developer would take suggestions? /Krister 3 aug 2014 kl. 00:41 skrev TheOreoMonster <[email protected]>: Came across this sale, grabbed the demo and it seems accessible, and quite powerful.
