THis reminds me of exactly why i use AmpKit on the mac for guitar amp sounds. 
there is also an iOS app. Both are accessible. While the mac version is not 
available as a plug in you can route audio between it an d your DAW with a tool 
like sound flower. You can try asking on the logic accessibility list as they 
may be more fimilar with garage band over  there.subscribe the same way you did
