As for jumping forward, the num pad asterisk is your friend.
*5.000 return. I'm saying the return above the right shift key. Not the
one on your keypad.

Subject: How to quickly move through audio
Hi, I've got an hour long recording loaded into ProTools. I want to quickly
jump into the audio by about five minutes. Is there a way to quickly do
this? I don't seem to be able to find a jump to time option anywhere. Also,
is there a way I can change the speed of the rewind and fast forward so that
it skips through the project quicker? Thanks.
