Hi Tim, I totally agree with Slau, If you're new to Pro Tools, you should stick to the plugins that come with Pro Tools.
I have the Waves Renaissance Max bundle and, with Pro Tools 11, they are accessible. I Don't think that's the case though If you're using version 10, as I don't think AAX plugins were accessible under 10 and they weren't working using their RTas versions. That bundle does come with Waves Tune lite, but I'm not sure that particular plugin is accessible, not tried it yet with tools 11.
