What if you were to buy a used quad Mini? Then, you could max out the ram 3rd party, and send it off to have an SSD put in 3rd party. Bryan Smart recommends this great company in Kansas that will do the drive swap pretty cheap, and a 1TB Samsung SSD is incredibly reasonable.
