Hi I sometimes get this c p u overload error message on my mac book pro. I did raise this question on the list before a while back. From memory Slau told me there is some information about cpu maximisation in the protools manual, but i have not looked for it. Good luck getting this sorted, Sounds like a night mare. Steve
