Hey scott. no. it’s not. i’m using an external drive for audio, but just a usb 
drive. not thunder bolt drive as yet. so could this be the issue. 
I’m aiming to get a thunderbolt drive next week, but i would add, i did not see 
this issue on my mac book pro running 4 gig of ram and an i 5 processor. I’m 
running 11.1.3 on that machine. running the same u s b drive. it’s an n t f s 
drive, i’ve installed n t f s for mac on both machines..
I had no problem bouncing to disk in real time at all there. Very Strange.
