Hi Slau, Good point. :) Its always good to state what version of pt your using and what window your encountering the issue with, and what kind of a track your working on.
Jason heres another thing to try. I always do this when I half to record my acoustic drums and need a one button rec solution while on the drums. Make a group out of the tracks you want to record and while in the groups window choose the "mix attribute" of Record. There are 4 check boxes which forces all tracks in that group to go in to record when any of the groups members rec button is clicked.
