I'll venture a guess here and say probably not. First, I'd imagine that they'd expect a full-time student taking at least 12 credits from an accredited institution. Further, it might have to be a school that offers music as part of their curriculum. I'd be surprised if a correspondence course qualified. Keep us posted on the official word.
