Hi Brian,

As I recall, there was one step along the way that I required assistance. My
recollection is that I couldn't find the button to actually submit the
authorization code on the Avid page. My sales rep at Sweetwater was more than
happy to submit it for me. After that step, there was the iLok license process.
Yes, download and install the latest iLok License Manager which is version 2.6.
I'm assuming you downloaded the quick audio getting started mp3 that I posted a
couple of weeks ago.

Once you've authorized the iLok with your Pro Tools license, go to your Avid
account page and go to My Products. There, you'll see your PT 12 product. Click
on it and it will expand. Find the download heading and you'll notice that the
heading for the software downloads has three items, one of which is a link to
show the itemized downloads. Interact with the heading, click on "show" and
you'll see the list of downloads. Bring up a contextual list and choose
"Download Linked File" which should put the downloads in your Downloads folder.
Rinse and repeat.

HTH,

Slau
