Sorry for the delay. I didn't get around to taking a look at Xpand until just 
now. I don't see any way of adjusting the velocity sensitivity within the 
plug-in itself. Of course, there might be a control for it but I'd imagine that 
it wouldn't necessarily be an automatable  parameter. The only thing I can 
think of is to adjust the velocity curve of the controller. Usually there's at 
least some kind of velocity curve on keyboard controllers. That might help, I'm 
not sure.
