The MIDI Event List is where you'll find those things. Option-equals brings up the window. Nobody has done a recent tutorial on the way the MIDI Event List works. I'm in North Carolina right now and won't be back in NYC for a few days. At some point, I'll try to give an overview unless somebody chimes in ahead of time.
