I think, if I'm not mistaking, it's up in your menu extras, unless you
disabled it.

The app manager has become accessible. You will need sighted assistance
to run the update. It will have to update to the latest version of the
app manager. Once you do this you will see the different tabs and most
things are accessible. I still need to play with it some more and see
what areas need to be filled in, but it looks great for now.
