Hi Vaughn, Ah, I thought you had already purchased version 12 as you were launching it. I'd highly recommend buying your upgrade through Sweetwater. You'll get activation instructions emailed to you but Sweetwater will gladly remote into your system and help with the initial activation. There's one step in the Avid process, and I can't remember where along the way, that is not particularly easy in terms of accessibility. At any rate, Sweetwater can get you set up. From there, you log into your Avid Master account and go to My Products and Subscriptions and download the software and extra content.
