What would be the difference in performance with a dual core vs. quad core? I currently have 4GB of memory, Is there a big difference between 8GB and 16GB? I’m considering this Laptop Computer with 15.4" Retina Display, Force Touch Trackpad, 2.2GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7 Processor, 256GB Flash Storage, 16GB Memory, 2 USB 3.0, and 2 Thunderbolt Ports I also plan on purchasing a control surface. Automating with the keyboard is just not cutting it anymore LOL. Any suggestions for a good one? I’d be willing to spend between $500-$1000.
