Hello sir Slau: Thanks so much for ur great explnation. it's really clear. but i have 2 big problems: 1- i'm using Ilok license manager v3 on El capitan. \and i connected my ilok to my mac mini, and i used your short cuts. and here is what happened: I hit Cmd+l, and by moving up and down errows, all Voice over i can say is: All license for the account group, and export data as csv dembed. when i interact on the 1st item, i found just of my licenses which is the Pt expressi interact with it and it's empty. i hit cmd+i and there is no info.
I hit Cmd+1 or 2 i found the same all license for the account group,a nd export csv dembed. i'm sure that i signed in. so, whats happening? 2- my 2nd problem is that i went to the avid account and i sign in and i put my new activation code for the Pt12, it asked me to update my address, i keep press update address but with no success. then i can not find my activation code, i try entering it again but with no success.
