Hello all, So I have a somewhat technical question, and I don’t even know what I would need to do or if this can be done accessibly. As some of you may know, I am a worship leader at a church, and in June, our worship arts ministry is going to be presenting a musical featuring choir and band. I ordered the stem files from the distributor of the musical, and I am going to be running the band on click. I am going to import the stems in to pro tools and create the band tracks from the stems to help add some things that we don’t have in our band since this musical is heavily orchestrated. I’m going to pan click to hard left and the track hard right so our sound techs can run track out to the house and we will have click and track in our ears. My question is this. There is a video dvd that goes along with the musical where video is shown on the screen while the songs from the musical are being played. So, do I need to sync the click and band tracks that I create in PT with the video, or should I rely on our sound techs to make sure video flows properly with the click. If I do need to sync the video with the click, can this be accessibly done in PT, or how would I go about doing it? I’ve never done this before in my life. Thanks for any help, Brian
