Hi. This is from Slau. To change the nudge value, use Option-Command- plus or minus. The range of values does not wrap up so you can be certain what value you've selected by keeping in mind that the default nudge values are: one millisecond, ten milliseconds, one hundred milliseconds, five hundred milliseconds and one second. The values change when using bars and beats.
