Hi Steve,
the only work around is to use Keyboard Maestro and make some key short cuts to 
access the console app where you load up those mic prees and stuff.
Were getting ready to start up the UAD campaign soon!
They have every apple doc needed to make it work with voiceOver but Bill has 
not green lighted the project yet!
