Hi John,

Do you mean the Product Manager? Yes, it is required for download or at least 
to get the system ID for the computer. I'd highly recommend getting sighted 
assistance for any Superior Drummer installation. It's easy, albeit 
inaccessible on the Mac. There's some stuff you can do online but, ultimately, 
you'll need sighted help.
