Hi Peter, Sorry you're having trouble. First, make sure you have the latest version of the license manager. Go to ilok.com <http://ilok.com/> and download the latest build. Apart from that, when you launch the license manager, the very first thing you have to do is log in. If you've entered your credentials in the past and checked the checkbox to remember your info, simply pressing Return after launching will put you in the application. From there, everything you do is via keyboard shortcuts (found in the menu items) or by Tab and arrow keys.
