Hi Brian,
If the path is:
user/youruser/Library/Application Support/UVISoundbanks/

Then you should be fine. Copying the UVI folder right out of the Plug-in 
Settings in the  Drop Box folder to your own Plug-In Settings folder will work. 
Let us know if everything's working out.
