Thanks and yes, I just work with the nudge values.
But when I e.g. want to move a snare from 3.1.895 to 3.2 the nudge values do 
not help that much.
The fastest way for me at the moment is to cut the snare at 3.1.895, press 
numpadPeriod twice followed by 960, NumpadEnter and Option+M.
