OK, so, I have a situation where I need to use a send which, always?
always, always! absolutely paramount! must! must must must! Be prefader.

The thing is, this is gonna need, with the project I'm doing to span over
several different PT sessions. Yeah, I know I could just make a PT template,
but I really don't wanna do that, as in this case, I might not want the send
doing exactly the same thing.

So, my point therefore is, is there a way that I can somehow set ProTools
so that by default all sends in all sessions and on all tracks will be, when
created, set to pre, instead of post, thereby saving me the trouble of having
to keep constantly hitting the prefader button within the send itself? I don't
mind doing so, but after a while, it gets kind of old, and honestly, kind of
annoying.
