Whatever Mac you get, max out the ram. You may need aEDID display adapter to 
put on the display out of the Mac mini so it sees a signal like there is a 
monitor  connected  as this will cut down on VoiceOver lag. Of course if you 
will actually have it connected to a monitor you can skip this step.
