Hi Darwin, To set track heights, go to the edit window and navigate to a track and interact with the track in the timeline. The very first item is the Track Options button. Pop that open and select Medium as the track height.
Quit VoiceOver and restart it and that should sort of reset Flo Tools to begin speaking. Let me know if that works.
