how good do you want the notation to be? I'm guessing raw MIDI won't be turned into something with bowing, dynamic markings etc. automatically. but I might be wrong.

Yes, you would need to load your MIDI into a scoring application like Lime, Sibelius, etc. and probably do some tweaking or clean things up a bit.
