Ah the joys of shared folders on Drop box. I suspect you may have copied
the folder from Dropbox on to your system or an external drive attached to
your system. The problem then is that because you only have read access
wrights then you can't remove the folder from your system or even an
external drive because you are not the admin for the folder. I too had an
issue with the PT Access Dropbox being locked on my system and couldn't
delete it because I had move my dropbox folders else where so it was no
longer required. Hat to locate a utility on Windows called unlocker which
was able to unlock the folder from the file system and ultimately remove. I
couldn't remove it until I had done that because I didn't have file
permissions to do that. I suspect there would be a similar application
available for the Mac. You won't be able to get rid of that folder on the
Mac until it's unlocked.

Hi Slau,
That worked. Now when I am trying to delete the true piano presets from the
folder, it is saying that it cannot be completed because the operation is
locked. Any suggestions as to why it might be saying that? It tries to
move them to the trash but then I get that error message. Thanks,
Brian

is the same as for your local Plug-In Settings folder. In other words, you
can copy an entire folder from the Drop Box version and paste it into your
local Plug-In Settings folder and it'll work. Copy the UVI Workstation
folder and paste it into Plug-In Settings on your system. Unless you have
the True Keys grand pianos from VI Labs, you won't need those so you can
delete them if you want.

only other question is I am assuming that I would copy the three pro tools
ravens croft presets in to my plugin settings folder for PT. Do I need to
create any folder within that folder for the ravens croft, and if so what do
I need to call it for this to work? I did this once before, but it has been
forever. Also, within the UVI workstation folder in dropbox, I see other
presets in there, but I am assuming the only ones I need to copy are the
multi out preset, the close preset, and the default preset. I seem to
remember having to create a UVI workstation folder within my plugin settings
folder as I am writing this, is that correct? Thanks guys, help is much
appreciated.
