Hi Steve,
The simplest thing to do would be to import MIDI files to new instrument tracks
and just instantiate the plug-ins you wish to use. If you have a lot of clips
to import, you might end up having to cut and paste things around, depending on
what the MIDI files are and what you're trying to achieve.

The other option is much more involved, at least for now, and it would mean
dragging clips from the clips List to the timeline. The Clips List table would
need to be resized and you'd need to hide other tracks and maximize the height
of the track to which you're dragging in the Edit window. It's not exactly for
the faint of heart. However, I'm happy to say that the upcoming release of Flo
Tools 2.2 will address this issue and make it easy to drag clips from the Clips
List to tracks on the timeline, even to specific locations. I won't get into
those details right now because we're finalizing things but it'll be available
soon and, those users on version 2.0.1 will automatically be prompted to update
the next time they launch Pro Tools after the new version is out.
HTH,
Slau
