Hi Martin,
Regarding the plug-in settings, I don't know of a shortcut that would apply the 
same settings to all selected tracks. I rarely apply the exact same settings 
across tracks but, when I've had to do it, given that I use a control surface, 
I copy the plug-in settings, press the associated button on each track on the 
control surface and hit the paste button. It literally takes less than one 
second per track. Without a control surface with dedicated buttons, you'd have 
to manually copy the settings once in the plug-in window, call up each track 
and paste the settings with Command+Shift+v. Perhaps there's indeed a simpler 
way to do this but nothing comes to mind.
Regarding the send faders, much like track volume faders, the only way to get 
them to move together is to group them. Short of that, the only thing you can 
do is reset them which will make them all go to 0 dB. Again, I do it on a 
surface so it's super easy. Sorry, that's probably not terribly much help :)
