Hello! I have a midi track, trackview is notes. Now I select the whole track. Then I press option+y to select one of the midi notes for later transposing. After the selection I press option+t and chose the transpose step. And after that all notes became transposed. Not only the before selected one. With older versions of Pro Tools the way described worked fine.
