Yes, Apogee support does not know how FlowTools works. My thought is if the APOGEE plugs into PT then regardless of of pass through, USB or Thunderbolt, FlowTools stands a chance of controlling it through PT.
If anybody out there knows for sure one way or the other please let me know.
