I am considering trying to contact Pro Tools expert from youtube, he has
reviewed it recently in conjunction with the Apollo. I will let you know what I
hear back.

Hi Andre,

until some one gets there hand and 'ears" on it while using VoiceOver we won't
know!

But if it does boy what a UaD breakthrough!

Has anybody given it a test ride yet?

Interesting, I was told the Console One is made so audio engineers would not
have to look at the screen at all.

The unit also has control over all Apollo plugins. It would seem if changes
were made to the Apollo interface One could dig into PT with VO and find out
what is going on. That way the Console One screen would not be as relevant.

Hi folks,

I had an email exchange with softube's support about six months ago. At that
time they didn’t believe that there product would be accessible. I tried to
obtain a demo through them, which they declined. I suppose maybe we could get
some help in obtaining a demo from the Sweetwater crew? Let me know where you
end up with this please.

about 3 weeks ago and now it comes back up on the radar.

Console one was made to control some of the soft tube plug ins and the UAD plug
in and now the UAD console. I don’t know how much functionality it has outside
of those areas as in if it can be use to control the DAW as well. Also It seems
PreSonus took some additional steps to allow some functionality with pro tools
in the fader port 8, that you wouldn’t normally get with a non Avid/ProTOols
controller, so you may still be interested in the Fader Port. Speaking of which
zounds has the fader port 8 for $100 off today.

soft tube controler

Hi all,

Not a UA interface user myself but thought I should post this given recent
discussions on interfaces.

At first glance it seems a 500 buvk inbestment in soft tube's controler could
open up physical control of many funvtions of the oppolo which are not yet
accessible with boice over.

Please note I have no hands experience with these products, though O am a fan
of the 2 soft tube plugins I own.

Brian.
