The plus and minus keys alone will nudge a clip (if an entire clip is selected 
or a series of clips (if they're entirely contained within the selection 
range), or just the insertion cursor, if no clip is selected. Adding Shift will 
move the selection range forward or backward by the nudge value but leave the 
clips in place.
