Two question:
1. Which of the three KK ports should be checked--DAW-1,Port1, Port2?
2. When adding KK as an instrument on an instrument track, the inputs
and outputs come up set to no in, no out. Of course, there's no in, but
should the output be changed to that of the connected audio interface?
