Don't protect your hearing against loud music? This could be the
ultimate cautionarytale
I haven't read Sir George Martin's book, so I don't know if he talks
in it about losing his hearing. This may be new information, and a
cautionary tale to all of us!
Invest in high-quality earplugs for loud concerts, band practices,
etc. Take regular breaks if you monitor at very high levels.
